2.1. KNOP strives to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors, dimensions, and other details may vary slightly from the actual items due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
2.2. Prices for products are displayed on the Website in South African Rand (ZAR).
2.3. KNOP reserves the right to modify product prices without prior notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price at the time of purchase will apply.
2.4. Promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3.2. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. KNOP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, even after payment has been processed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3.3. Payment methods accepted include Debit/Credit Cards and EFT through our Payment Gateway (YOCO). Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
3.4. You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to verify your order status.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. KNOP offers delivery services within South Africa. Delivery fees and times may vary based on your location and the size of the order. Specific details will be provided during the checkout process.
4.2. While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, strikes, etc.). KNOP is not liable for any delays in delivery.
4.3. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address you provided.
4.4. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and accessible. KNOP will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. KNOP aims to provide high-quality products. If a product is damaged or not in a working order, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. No returns or exchanges are available for adult toys.
5.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sourdoughthings.co.za. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
5.3. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
5.4. KNOP does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5.5. Certain products, such as customised items or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns. Please check product details or contact us for specific return policies.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1. KNOP makes no express or implied warranties regarding the products sold on the Website, except those required by law. Product warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer.
